Get Well Flowers & Same-Day Delivery in San Diego
Cheerful Bouquets, Plants, Gift Baskets & Hospital-Appropriate Arrangements
Allen's Flowers & Plants designs cheerful get well arrangements to lift the spirits of anyone recovering at home or in the hospital. Bright mixed bouquets, sunny yellow and orange arrangements, long-lasting potted plants, and gift baskets with snacks and flowers — all designed in-house at our Linda Vista studio and hand-delivered by an Allen's driver across San Diego County.
Family-owned since 1980. Voted San Diego's "Best Florist" thirteen times by readers of the San Diego Union-Tribune. Allen's operates six retail locations across San Diego County (Downtown San Diego, Hillcrest, La Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, and Escondido) plus a design and operations studio in Linda Vista.
Allen's offers same-day get well flower delivery to San Diego County hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and homes. Major San Diego hospitals Allen's delivers to include UC San Diego Health Hillcrest and La Jolla, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, Scripps Mercy Hospital, Scripps Green Hospital, Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, Sharp Coronado Hospital, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital, Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Zion Medical Center, Rady Children's Hospital, Palomar Medical Center Escondido, Palomar Medical Center Poway, Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Paradise Valley Hospital, and Alvarado Hospital Medical Center.
Some hospital units — especially ICU, oncology, and transplant floors — restrict fresh flowers due to infection control. If you are sending to a specific unit, we recommend calling the hospital first to confirm flowers are permitted, or choosing a potted plant or fruit/gift basket as an alternative. Our design team can guide you to the right option if you have questions.
