Allen's Flowers & Plants has been San Diego's family-owned florist since 1980 — over 45 years of hand-designed arrangements and hand-delivered service. What started as Max and Marilyn Levy selling flowers from a station wagon in El Cajon has grown into one of San Diego County's most trusted floral teams.
Today, Brad Levy — son of founders Max and Marilyn — runs Allen's alongside Sam Bowles, who joined as General Manager in 2016 after building a national reputation as an industry expert in five-star customer experiences. Together they lead Allen's six retail locations across San Diego County (Downtown San Diego, Hillcrest, La Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, and Escondido), plus our design and operations studio in Linda Vista. Voted San Diego's "Best Florist" thirteen times by readers of the San Diego Union-Tribune. Every Allen's arrangement is designed in-house and hand-delivered by our team — never shipped in a box from a distant fulfillment center, never routed through a 1-800 call center, never handed off to a third-party order gatherer.
